Fully reconditioned Stromberg BXOV-1 carburettor, as fitted to the following vehicles:

Holden 48/215 (FX), FJ, FE, FC, FB, EK, EJ 1948-63

This carburettor is one of the very early 48/215 carburettors, which are exceedingly difficult to find.  Unfortunately it has some external corrosion which we ere unable to fully remove during restoration.  It's mechanically perfect, it just looks a bit ordinary, hence the reduced price.

It come fitted with the early needle seat, which caters for the smaller fuel inlet fitting used on FX-FC Holdens.  PLease let us know if you'd prefer the later inverted flare style seat, and we'll swap it over prior to shipping.
